研究兴趣及方向

  以拟南芥和大豆为材料,围绕植物减数分裂同源重组、命运决定和表观遗传重编的分子机制等核心问题,结合多组学、细胞学、生物化学等手段从多维度解析调控减数分裂的分子遗传和表观遗传机制,加深对于遗传变异的认知,为农作物育种和人类生殖健康提供理论支持。主要研究方向为:1)同源染色体重组的分子机理;2)植物减数分裂的命运决定;3)植物的表观遗传重编程。
